  • At this time, we do not allow pets in our property. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests, especially those with allergies or sensitivities.

    However, we comply with Airbnb’s policy regarding service animals as required by law. While we currently do not make exceptions for emotional support animals or pets, we are continuously evaluating our policies and may revisit this in the future. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 60 days before the check-in date. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable, and any deposits will be forfeited. We strongly encourage guests to review our Teams and Conditions before booking. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to contact us directly - we’re happy to assist.

  • Our property offers overnight stays for registered guests. We are near major attractions, shopping, and dining, making us ideal for groups looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Please remember that only registered guests can enter the property according to our House Rules and Terms & Conditions. We kindly ask all guests to use amenities respectfully and keep music at a reasonable volume to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability and housekeeping schedules. While we do our best to accommodate these requests, they are not guaranteed.
